I wrote down some pretty nice notes on the first and last life coaching session I've ever attended many years ago. They're still relevant now so might as well share it with you guys too.

  1. Allow yourself to think about what you truly want in life.

  2. And if you know, what's stopping you for going for it? Is it education, mindset, discipline, time...?

  3. Don't fall apart when somebody is having more knowledge and when they're trying to teach or help you.

People do more to avoid pain than to gain pleasure. I'm guilty of this too.

Why we're so stubborn to adapt to changes or make new plans and follow them up? Normally due to A LOT of excuses. Because we're trying to talk ourselves out of them as staying the same seems to be lots more comfortable and easier than actually put many hours, sweat and tears into it.

Feel the fear and do it anyway.

I was thinking about making a list with some photos of places we've been to this year but honestly, I've lost track already. That's why I'm not making dedicated posts of certain hikes or adventures at the minute. It's been crazy but so good! The amount of people we've met on short period of time from the social media channels has been unreal. The introvert in me had to pull herself out of her shell and try this socializing thing out. And it turns out it's not as bad when I'm surrounded with joyful and energetic people.

But keep eye on this page because cool things are cooking!!!

Jane
